Donny Rod & Kelsey Rose

MCDR Entertainment- Presents The Donny Rod & Kelsey Rose show! Donnie’s headlining act, ( Tribute to Rod Stewart ) is a special salute to Rod Stewart. His looks, personality, and sound bare an uncanny resemblance to Rod Stewart, making you feel like you are watching the legend himself. As Rod Stewart, Donnie will go back to the songs of Rod’s earlier years with the Jeff Beck Group and Faces moving forward in time to the songs of his “Great American Song Books”. Donnie has performed on stage all over the country, from large concert halls to small venues. Rod Stewart’s music isn’t all that Donnie performs. As a seasoned veteran, Donnie displays a diverse array of musical talent singing anything from Classic Rock to the Old Standards like Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and even modern day talents like Michael Buble.   Kelsey Rose  is an aspiring Pop/Rock singer and songwriter. She has been performing a range of genres since the age of 3 and is known for her magnetic personality that comes alive on stage with an energy that never stops. She has performed in hundreds of shows across the Midwest, from the Ford Field grand opening event in Detroit, to performing half time at the Detroit Pistons, as seen on TV so you think you can dance,  to local and regional festivals, fundraisers, community events, corporate functions, senior centers and everything in between. With a voice that is reminiscent of Brenda Lee and Patsy Cline, Kelsey has also found a niche as a tribute oldies artist. We offer solo or variety tribute shows!  For more information on our show call their promoter 248-891-3955.

The idea to form a Bon Jovi Tribute started a few years ago when we noticed a genuine love and affection for 80’s music among people of all ages. With the broad body of work that Bon Jovi has compiled over the years, and the many top hits from the band spanning several decades, we realized that a Bon Jovi Tribute would give us a virtually endless selection of music, spanning several decades and reaching out to many generations of music lovers. We concentrate on the first 4 albums and bring an 80’s style rock concert to our audiences for a portion of the show, and with wardrobe changes, we will bring you right into the modern era of Bon Jovi. Come and relive the magic of Bon Jovi with us!

Shiatown plays today’s current Hard Hitting – Modern Country music. The band consists of seasoned musicians from the Mid-Michigan area.

Peacemaker is a Tri-City Michigan band formed by four veteran musicians wanting to pay tribute to the classic hard rock sounds of the late 70’s and early 80’s. Fans wanting to hear the classic sounds of Bad Company, Led Zeppelin, Foreigner and other legends of the day, Should feel right at home at a Peacemaker show. Although the band writes and performs original music, it is there spot-on set of rock covers that really wins over the crowd!

Alan Turner

Alan’s voice is rich baritone that pours “country” into every note he sings. His love for music was passed on from his father, Canadian singer/songwriter Stanley Turner (03/26/1924-11/23/1977), and he has been performing since childhood. After raising his family, he reintroduced himself to the local country music scene by winning a local radio station singing competition. This allowed him to open for national recording artist Keith Anderson, and after the publicity that the show generated, he was quickly approached about taking his talent to the next level. He hasn’t looked back.

Daniel Harrison & the $2 Highway

Daniel Harrison and the $2 Highway is a not-so-traditional five piece band from Detroit, Michigan. Their groove laden mixture of alternative country and roots is layered with complex conga beats, entrancing guitar solos, and grooving bass lines, all driven by the deep thumping of the djembe. Rounding out this unconventional group are the soulful and sometimes haunting lyrics generated by Daniel Harrison’s powerful, yet sexy-raw voice.
